Bretton Woods right-sized homes have been designed to provide the Baby Boomer generation with comfortable, age-in-place living from their early 70’s to late 90’s. The concept is to deliver a home with higher quality amenities at a greater upfront cost, resulting in reduced maintenance issues, energy savings and less cost down the line. By initially providing for higher quality and the resultant cost in the purchase price, buyers can take advantage of the most effective bulk pricing.
